Anti-Integrin αX Antibody Profile

Antigen: Integrin αX (CD11c; gp150/95 α subunit)
Relevance: Integrins are heterodimeric cell surface receptors composed of α and β subunits, which mediate cell-cell and cell-extracellular matrix attachments. Aberrant integrin expression has been found in many epithelial tumours. Changes in integrin expression have been shown to be important for the growth and early metastatic capacity of melanoma cells. Integrin αX is found on hairy cell leukaemias and malignant histiocytes and on tissue macrophages, monocytes, activated neutrophils and some T-cell clones.
Clone: 3.9
Subclass: IgG1
Applications: Immunoprecipitation, FACS Immunohistochemistry (Frozen)
Immunogen: Rheumatoid synovial fluid cells and fibronectin purified human monocytes
Reactivity: -
Species raised in: Mouse: Balb/c
Fusion partner: Sp2/o-Ag14
Recommended growth conditions: DMEM + 5% FCS
