| Antigen: |
β2-microglobulin |
| Relevance: |
β2-microglobulin
associates with human leucocyte antigens (HLAs). BBM.1
binds significantly with fibroblasts and lymphocytes
from humans and primates and can be used for the detection
of β2-microglobulin in myeloma and other conditions
(serum assay kits etc.). BBM.1 binds equivalently to
free and HLA-associated β2-microglobulin. |
