Anti ACF1 mACF1 Polyclonal Profile

Antigen: ATP-dependent Chromatin-remodeling Factor (ACF1)
Clone: mACF1
Species Raised In:

Rabbit

Immunogen: Peptide coupled to keyhole limpet hemocyanin
Epitope:

SPSTVDQVSTPLAAKKSRI

Positive Control:

Hela & NIH 3T3 cells

Cross Reactivity:

Mouse

Applications: Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, Western
Relevance: ACF1 is a subunit of the ATP-dependent chromatin-remodelling factor (ACF) complex, and the ISWI CHRAC remodelling complex. In the ACF complex, mACF1 influences the nucleosome remodelling activity of the SNF2h ATPase. In the CHRAC complex, mACF1 is thought to target CHRAC to heterochromatin. The ACF1 protein in mouse has several conserved domains including a bromodomain, BAZ, PHD finger, WAC, and WAKZ.
