| Relevance: | AF10 is a putative transcription factor containing a leucine zipper motif. A t(10;11)(p12;q23) chromosomal translocation present in a proportion of acute myeloid leukaemias results in the expression of an AF10 (carboxy-terminus)-MLL (amino-terminus) fusion protein. Clones HAF10 3A6/2, HAF10 3H10/3 and HAF10 9C6/2 are also available. |
