| Relevance: | CD20 is a non-Ig differentiation antigen of B cells. Oligomer of CD20 act as calcium channels. It may also be involved in B cell activation and cell cycle progression. CD20 is broadly expressed by normal and neoplastic B cells and absent from all other leucocytes and tissues. |
