| Relevance: | Cdk2 is a cell cycle protein closely related to Cdk1 (Cdc2) and a useful marker of proliferation. Cdk2 binds cyclins A and E and controls progression into S-phase. AN21.2 is useful as a general CDK antibody since it reacts with both Cdk1 and Cdk2. |
