Anti Factor IX Clone RFF-IX/1 Profile

Antigen: Factor IX
Clone: RFF-IX/1
Subclass IgG1 k
Species Raised In:

Mouse

Immunogen: Purified human factor IX
Applications: ELISA, Neutralising, Western
Growth Conditions:

RPMI + 10% FCS; non-adherent; subculture every 2-3 days; split 1:5

Fusion Partner: P3/NS/1/Ag4
Relevance: Factor IX (or Christmas factor) is one of the serine proteases of the coagulation system and belongs to peptidase family S1. Deficiency of this protein causes hemophilia B. The high affinity of the clone RFF-IX/1 for factor IX enables the antibody to be used in the production of factor IX depleted plasma for use as a diagnostic reagent.
