| Relevance: | Leu-1 is a surface glycoprotein present on peripheral T cells (>95%) and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukaemia cells that binds CD72. Absence of the Leu-1 marker on childhood ALL cells is associated with a more favourable prognosis. H65 has reactivity towards 85-95% peripheral blood T lymphocytes and 95% thymocytes. |
