Anti Leu-1 Clone H65 Profile

Antigen: Leu-1 (CD5)
Clone: H65
Subclass IgG1
Species Raised In:

Balb/c

Immunogen: HSB-2 cells.
Applications: Immunoprecipitation
Growth Conditions:

DMEM + 5% FCS

Fusion Partner: NS1
Relevance: Leu-1 is a surface glycoprotein present on peripheral T cells (>95%) and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukaemia cells that binds CD72. Absence of the Leu-1 marker on childhood ALL cells is associated with a more favourable prognosis. H65 has reactivity towards 85-95% peripheral blood T lymphocytes and 95% thymocytes.
