Anti Zebrafish gut secretory cell epitopes Clone FIS 2F11/2 Profile

Antigen: Zebrafish gut secretory cell epitopes
Clone: FIS 2F11/2
Subclass IgG1
Species Raised In:

Balb/c

Immunogen: Lysate of zebrafish intestine
Cross Reactivity:

Zebrafish

Applications: ELISA, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, Western
Fusion Partner: Sp2/0Ag.14
Relevance: The transparency of the juvenile zebrafish andits genetic advantages make it an attractive model for the study of intestinal differentiation and renewal. This antibody labels the secretory cells of the zebrafish intestinal epithelium, both mucous and enteroendocrine, corresponding to the class of cells that are lost in MathI mouse mutants (Yang et al, (2001) Science 294: 2155-2158). The antibody also labels hepatopancreatic ducts and intrahepatic bile ducts. enteroendocrine.
